Leveraging the appeal of artist discovery, we rejuvenated and redefined the culture of one of the nation’s largest prepaid debit card services, nFinanSe.

nFinanSe teamed with Inspire to develop a more “youthful” brand perception, upon its launch of a marketing campaign to college campuses nationwide.

Inspire created www.nfinansemusic.com, featuring downloads from emerging artists all over America. All of the artists had strong national followings among the 18-24 demographic, and represented an eclectic musical taste and diverse background.

In a radical new approach, Inspire engaged the artists to participate in promoting the website. The artists encouraged their fans to vote for them on a nFinanSe Music poll, and participation skyrocketed on the website and corresponding Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace pages.

nFinanSe quickly garnered attention for its innovative marketing approach— receiving features on major media sources including CNN.com and Yahoo.com, plus thousands of viral impressions on music and social blogs. nFinanSe earned fan affection for supporting emerging artists, and rebranded itself as a relevant, hip debit card company—setting the stage for a successful marketing campaign to young adults nationwide.
