InterCall came to Inspire to brainstorm how to address two objectives; to use the hold time to emotionally brand their company, and their desire to somehow drive guests to their website to give their email addresses and phone numbers.

We created a campaign to accomplish just that.

Enter InterCall Lounge: Inspire’s latest music model – the “Gift of Music” Business line.

We took the conferencing industry’s biggest player and gave them a competitive advantage with a customized music platform that allows clients to listen to — and download 6 songs for free — everytime a guest makes a conference call.

Inspire scoured the country for the best and brightest artists, and helped InterCall find a musical identity.  Launched in June 2009, the Intercall Lounge debuted with 6 artists that befit the company’s vibe — and has been receiving rave reviews since.  Every month, a new Volume is released with 6 new songs…
