Jr. Advisory Board

modern1

Our Jr. Advisory Board is a two-way street…  They teach us something — and we teach them something.

Our Jr. Advisory Board consists of a handful of extremely talented, passionate, driven young adults in high school and college that share an extraordinary enthusiasm for music.

As members of our Jr. Advisory Board, they’re our eyes and ears for emerging artists and bands that resonate to their age group; and listen to all the artists/CDs that we’re considering for clients that cater to a younger demographic and psychographic profile.

Along the way, we give them a taste of the music industry, and a snapshot of life in the day-to-day of a company.  We try to impress them with the satifaction of doing something for a living that you’re proud of — and you truly enjoy — whether that’s in the music industry or not.

One thing we’re sure of.  You’re looking at a handful of tomorrow’s leaders; in whatever fields they choose to explore.

CHRISTINA LEWIS
Pasadena, California
USC

Talented singer and songwriter; particularly fascinated with learning about how new emerging artists at various labels are “brought to the market.”

RYAN SILVER
La Grange, Illinois

Ryan is a fabulous songwriter — and performer. Surrounded by 5 other musical brothers and sisters, Ryan plays guitar, keyboards and drums — and has a mini-studio in his room. Ryan has built a strong reputation throughout the Chicago area — where he has marketed his terrific CD of original songs. Ryan is interested in the recording process, and witnessing how young artists are breaking into the business.  Ryan is moving to the Los Angeles area – with the intention of pursuing a career as an artist.

ALEXIS BAILLY DUNNE
Pacific Palisades, California
USC

Alexis absolutely loves music; from jazz to pop to country to classical to hip hop. She plays piano and writes her own songs. She started a music business, selling CDs to local stores, with her sister in her town that has raised money and awareness for the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.  She currently interns at Inspire during the summer months.

ALEX CARUSO
Brentwood, California
USC

Alex has extraordinarily mature tastes in music; and is particularly drawn to artists that explore the “American Songbook.” Not only is he drawn to artists such as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble, etc., but he has discovered a handful of artists from the 50s and 60s that he believes can be “rediscovered.”  Alex had an extremely successful freshman year at USC studying Urban Planning.

JAKE MCGREGOR
USC

Extremely gifted guitarist — and songwriter. Also plays piano. Performs regulary at clubs in the LA area, and is creating a loyal following. Influenced by southern family roots, Jake is particularly interested in blues and country.  Jake was recently selected for the highly competitive music artist major at USC.
